How long do we store your data?

As a ‘rule of thumb’, we keep your data no more than what is really necessary for us to fulfil our purposes. Where the processing is based on your consent, we will keep your information until you withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data from our database.

On some occasions, for example if we are instructed to do so by the law, or if there is a pending claim before the competent courts, we might need to store your data for a bit longer. Even if we need to keep your information for a longer period, we remain committed to our duty to protect your personal data.
